These terms apply to use of the Frovya online store and purchases made through it. Product availability, prices, sizes, colours and descriptions are shown on the store and may change. Please review product details before ordering.
Orders and payments
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Available payment methods and applicable charges are shown at checkout. Customers should provide accurate contact and delivery information.
Shipping and cancellation
Estimated delivery is 5–7 working days. Free shipping applies to orders above ₹999. Cancellation requests may be made before dispatch.
Exchanges, returns and refunds
Eligible size or colour exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery and approved standard exchange shipping is covered by Frovya, subject to availability and the Return & Refund Policy. Eligible customers may choose optional store credit with a 10% bonus over the eligible refund amount where available. Change-of-mind return requests are reviewed individually. Any return-shipping charge will be disclosed before confirmation and applied only where permitted by law.
Damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Appropriate remedies will be provided in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Third-party services and acceptable use
Checkout, payment, shipping and other services may be provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders or use the site for unlawful purposes.
