Our estimated delivery time is 5–7 working days after dispatch or order processing, as applicable.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

4. Order Processing and Dispatch

Orders are processed after the required order details and payment, where applicable, have been verified. Processing and dispatch times may vary depending on product availability and operational requirements.

We will communicate relevant order or dispatch information where available.

5. Tracking and Delivery

Tracking information will be shared where it is available from our shipping partner.

Customers should provide a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect details, recipient unavailability or courier restrictions, the customer may need to coordinate with the courier or our support team.

Delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, weather, public holidays, operational disruptions or other unforeseen events. If you experience a significant delay, please contact us for assistance.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and relevant details. Photos or videos may be requested where reasonably necessary.

We will review the complaint and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
